Job Description
Our Cheltenham based client is looking for an experienced, motivated, passionate sales team leader to help drive sales and maximise performance of a customer service team.
Ideally you will come from a customer service/sales background in a call centre environment managing KPI driven sales. Previous experience of telephony systems is desirable as well as being able to use reporting and data to improve the performance of the team. Good attention to detail along with solid MS Office skills is a must.
You’ll be expected to produce statistical data and reports to manage and develop the team and overall team performance using insight from the data as well as create action plans for under-performers and also progression plan for people with a desire to progress;
Experience of handling escalated customer calls that can’t be handled at source would be beneficial.

The role is 37.5 hours per week but is on a shift pattern to include 1 Saturday in 3.
