Are you an experienced customer relationship and project manager used to working with large corporate clients looking for your next exciting opportunity? Our client, a world leader in embedded digital security, based in North Gloucestershire, is seeking a skilled Relationship/Account Manager to join their team. The role is on offer for an attractive salary of between £28 – 34K pa, dependant on experience, plus excellent benefits and will involve occasional travel within the UK or Europe.
The role is customer and product focused and will centre around client change management. Acting as a single point of contact for key client projects the Relationship/Account Manager will be taking responsibility for delivery, managing tasks, people and resources from initial request through to handover. You will act as the focal point for driving change requests, manage key client accounts effectively, offer pre-sales support for new products, services and solutions and collaborate with internal teams offering support and guidance.
We’ll be looking for candidates with experience from within a similar role. Project and account management plus experience of having worked with large corporate clients is essential. You’ll need to be an excellent relationship builder with a confident, pro-active and ‘can do’ approach, a competent problem solver and great communicator across all levels. The ability to work to tight deadlines with a good eye for detail as well as strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) are also essential.
