An exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship/Project Manager to join our client, a world leader in embedded digital security, based in North Gloucestershire. The role is on offer for a salary of up to £35,000 plus excellent benefits and may involve occasional travel within the UK or Europe.
The role will centre round client change management, acting as a single point of contact for key client projects, taking responsibility for delivery, managing tasks, people and resources from initial request through to handover. You will act as the focal point for driving change requests, manage key client accounts effectively, offer pre-sales support for new products, services and solutions and collaborate with internal teams offering support and guidance.
We’ll be looking for candidates with experience from within a similar role. Project and account management experience is essential. You’ll need to be an excellent relationship builder with a confident, pro-active and ‘can do’ approach, a competent problem solver and great communicator across all levels. You’ll need to be well organised, have excellent attention to detail, be a good team player and able to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines and possess strong IT skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
