Our successful Cheltenham based client within the insurance sector is looking for a Polish/English bilingual Compliance Monitoring Executive. This is a part time role, working 20 -25 hours per week over 4-5 days at £10 per hour.
What does the role involve?
Reporting to the Head of Operations the successful candidate will be working to a busy schedule of file reviews assessing quality in regards to FCA regulations, data protection and customer journey. Key responsibilities will include:
*Assisting with compliance reviews (call monitoring and file audits) to ensure FCA regulatory guidelines are being met
*Providing feedback to sales and support teams and ensuring remedial action is completed
*Assisting with maintaining the breach register
*Reporting to the Compliance Supervisor on the progression and development of team members
*Investigating and assisting in the management of complaints including drafting final decision letters
*Assisting with the translation of new product literature from English to Polish
What skills are required?
We’ll be looking for someone with fluent spoken and written Polish and English language as well as first class communication skills. You will also require a strong analytical approach, a great eye for detail, excellent planning, organization and prioritization skills and the ability to work well in a fast pace environment.
