A fantastic opportunity for an account manager / sales adviser with knowledge of the commercial insurance sector and business protection to join our well established Cheltenham based client. The role is on offer for a basic salary of £20k-25k plus ote to c£38k pa as well as great future development and progression opportunities.
The focus of the role will involve providing appropriate advice to clients within a heavily regulated environment with the aim to maximize revenue for each enquiry. This will involve assessing the client’s needs and quickly and effectively deliver the most appropriate solution whilst also identifying and responding to any up-sell or cross-sell opportunities.
We’ll be looking for someone with existing knowledge of business protection and a proven track record of working within the commercial insurance sector such as involvement with Key man insurance, Group life insurance, Group income protection, Group medical insurance, Partnership protection, Sole traders, SME’s and corporate. You will also need to be be self-motived, commercially focused, an excellent communicator with the ability to quickly establish effective relationships and able to work well under pressure.
