Pensions Management Consultant
Location – Gloucestershire
Salary £35000 – £40000 per annum plus benefits
Qualifications: Ideally APMI / FPMI qualified or equivalent
Experience: Demonstrable expertise in delivery of robust scheme governance and risk management requirements, ideally gained in-house
Strong understanding of pension administration and at a senior level, specifically with regards to processes and how the administration function works in an outsourced environment
A leading Financial Services company are looking for a Pensions Management Consultant to join its rapidly expanding team in their Gloucestershire office.
The Pensions Management Consultant will manage key client contracts, ensuring the smooth running of the client relationships and adherence to service levels, ensuring TCF is adhered to and complaint levels remain low.
The Pensions Management Consultant will look at operational process and identify improvements and well as implementing them.
The Pensions Management Consultant will attend client meetings and support the pension administrators with complex or non-standard cases as well as dealing with escalated complaints.
The Pensions Management Consultant will also manage projects relating to the administration of schemes and assist with transfers from other providers when needed, acting as a contact with these and the internal projects teams.
