An exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our client, a world leader in a high tech field with customers in financial services. The role is based in Gloucestershire and on on offer for a salary of around £30K plus excellent benefits and will involve occasional travel within the UK or Europe.
The role will centre round client change management, acting as a single point of contact for key high value client projects, taking responsibility for delivery, managing tasks, people and resources from initial request through to handover. You will act as the focal point for driving change requests, manage key client accounts effectively, offer pre-sales support for new products, services and solutions and collaborate with internal teams offering support and guidance.
We’ll be looking for candidates with experience from within a similar role. Change management and account management experience is essential. You’ll need to be an excellent relationship builder with a confident, pro-active and ‘can do’ approach, a competent problem solver and great communicator across all levels. You’ll need to be well organised, have excellent attention to detail, be a good team player and able to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines and possess strong IT skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
