Job Description

A fantastic opportunity for an efficient Receptionist/Viewings Facilitator to join our prestigious client within the property sector at their Oxford based offices. Key to the role will be the efficient running of the reception area, greet and deal with clients visiting the office and handle all incoming calls. This would suit a well organised, confident and motivated individual ideally with some previous receptionist or administrative experience. It’s a permanent role working 4 or 5 days per week including some Saturdays, on offer for a salary of up to £19K pa, pro rata, plus attractive company benefits.

What will the role involve?
The role involves dealing with all visiting clients and taking all incoming calls, taking accurate notes and passing them on efficiently, book viewings and appointments, general front of office maintenance, management of the window displays, regular filing and archiving, marketing support and ensuring all communication, either face to face or by telephone, is handled efficiently and in a polite and helpful manner.

What skills and experience are required?
The ideal candidate will have proven administrative skills, will be well presented and self-motivated. You will need to have excellent communication and English language skills and proficient knowledge of Microsoft office, including Excel, Word and experience of Mail Merge. We’ll be looking for someone with a positive and professional mindset and the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
