Temp Administrator required for thriving central Cheltenham business. Ideally requiring experience of basic accounts and SAGE but suitable for anyone with admin experience with a bright and cheery character. Temp contract is ongoing with the possibility of permanent transfer if requested.
Input invoices on to SAGE
Understand exchange Rates
Answer the phones
Key payments into the bank templates
Manage payments on SAGE once approved
Help build invoices to clients by gathering costs in excel
Manage credit card expenses each month
Track credit card returns check for VAT
Key the credit card expenses into SAGE
You will need to have attention to detail, and be polite, clear and professional on the telephone with a flexible attitude and good team working skills. You’ll be working in a small team of 6.
