Job Description
An exciting opportunity for an Intelligence/Insight Manager to join our innovative, creative and ambitious Oxford based client. The ideal candidate will love analysing data and is able to turn the results into compelling stories which will form the basis of campaign narratives or relate the impact of existing campaigns.
Specific duties will involve:
-Impact reporting – strategic counsel and development of our client’s approach to proving the impact in achieving momentum and advocacy for brands, including dashboard design and enhancements.
-Digital measurement – gathering, analysing and reporting on social and digital media data using advanced social listening tools.
-Developing insight for original idea development – develop and refine search strings in the social listening tool to collect data that supports or expands on the hypotheses behind content ideas for clients.
-Research management – managing our client’s relationship with research suppliers.
-Research design – understand the research and communications objectives of publishes and clients.
-Research analysis – work with publishers to develop analytical frameworks for data, and ensure research suppliers deliver data that meets the needs of the analytical framework. Review and analyse research data to provide insight and recommendations to publishers and clients.
We’ll be looking for someone with several years’ experience from within a similar role, preferably agency experience, as well as excellent client service skills. You will need to be a good team player with first rate verbal and written communication skills. The role offers a salary of £30 – 40K plus a number of benefits.
