Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Exec or Account Manager to join our busy team working across a number of accounts within marketing, social media and especially PR.
The sectors are: automotive; building & construction; aerospace, defence & security; industrial & engineering; and business services.
The successful candidate will have at least 4-5 years’ experience – ideally within an agency and on B2B or technical brands.
Essential skills include crafting compelling content: you’ll enjoy the process of researching and proposing ideas, taking technical subjects and making them accessible to target audiences. The successful candidate will have the ability to get their head into meaty subject matter, soak up information, find pertinent points and keep abreast of industry news and trends.
You’ll need to be digitally-driven, ideally across social media, programmatic, email marketing, lead generation and/or potential use of automation platforms. Your role could run cross into both marketing and PR, so enjoying writing, some practice of finding newsworthy angles and getting on the phone to journalists, organising press briefings/trips would be great.
You’ll be a confident communicator – we’re looking for someone who will positively represent us, building rock solid relationships with clients, partners, suppliers and journalists.
You’ll be naturally organised, have an eye for detail and be able to handle multiple projects at once.
