A fantastic opportunity for a Delivery Manager with project or traffic management experience from within a fast-paced agency environment to join our award-winning client based in the heart of the Cotswolds. Key purpose of the role will be to ensure the delivery of work on time and to budget which will involve on-going planning, scheduling and management of internal and third-party resources.
In more detail, some of the key responsibilities will involve:
-Implementing a new traffic management process
-Working with the client services team in project scoping and cost estimation and in gaining a full understanding of the requirements of the projects, provide direction, manage resources and timescales.
-Resource allocation – booking and allocating the correct resources and identifying resource bottlenecks and coming up with appropriate resolutions
-Managing all freelance requirements
-Ensuring projects are delivered to audited quality standards
-Effectively managing change
The successful candidate will come with solid experience of traffic and/or project management from within a fast-paced digital agency environment. You will need to be process driven, highly organised, come with experience of agile and waterfall methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. We’ll be looking for someone with excellent communication and problem solving skills and a positive and energetic approach.
