Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our highly successful award-winning client based in the heart of the Cotswolds. The successful candidate will come with experience of data analysis, insight or segmentation ideally from within the marketing sector, either in-house or agency side, be highly numerate and passionate about all things data and research and have a flair for clearly and effectively communicating ideas and insights with a varied audience.
Based within their growing planning team the role will involve planning, designing and executing data analytics and insight initiatives in order to create meaningful connections on behalf of their clients. As part of this you will get the chance to further develop your analytical skills by working on a variety of projects across a range of industry sectors and explore how different data sources can drive insight.
We’ll be considering candidates with either a numerate degree and/or experience of data insight,
marketing or research. You will need to have a good understanding of analysis and segmentation tools and their application within a commercial environment. We’ll be looking for strong Excel skills (VBA, Pivots, Lookups) and experience of SQL and an appreciation of database design and complex queries and last but not least a creative flair and excellent communication and presentation skills.
