An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Customer Relationship Manager to join our prestigious client based in West Gloucestershire to head up their Partner Relationships Team. Key to the role will be to build, develop and manage a team that is well placed and trained to ensure client/partner retention, satisfaction and efficient contract management. This is a full time and permanent role on offer for a salary of between £30 – 40K pa, dependant on experience.
In more detail, the successful candidate will be required to manage all account managers in the team, ensuring all HR paperwork is up to date, provide support and development, ensuring core company values are adhered to at all times and that all daily, weekly and monthly team tasks are actioned on time. This will also involve overseeing the negotiation of cross selling and re-signing of contracts, managing complex partners and taking care of any complaints, whilst acting as a representative for the department and the company to outside stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will come with solid experience from within a customer relationship management role, with experience of managing a team as well as complex client contracts and relationships. You should have excellent negotiation and communication skills, be a good relationship builder and people manager with good problem solving skills.
