Job Description

Bright, well-educated, personable, energetic person required to join small, friendly team based in Cheltenham.
You role is integral to the team and is a blend of administration, co-ordination and talking to people both over the telephone and face to face. It is essential that you are highly organised and enjoy working in a busy, often pressured environment. Great attention to detail and excellent grammar and written skills are key.
One of the most important elements to this role is your enjoyment of dealing with people. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries coming into the company therefore you will have an inbuilt, natural desire to want to help people and give them information and quite often consultative advice. The role would suit a natural communicator who enjoys administration at the same time.
