Job Description

Recruitment Project Administrator

Salary: up to £25k DOE
Location: Ross-on-Wye.
Hours: 9-5:30 Monday to Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Project Administrator to join an International company based in Ross-on-Wye.

The purpose of the role is to assist with the sourcing and selection of field contractors.

Main responsibilities:

*Source and select prospective field contractors for live projects and bid requirements

*Maintain open lines of communication and positive working relationships with field contractors on the Operations Database

*Monitor and update Manpower section of Operations Database with any changes to field staff availability/training/skills/generate staff requisitions

*Field contractor pre-vetting including CV and Information Form review, telechats and Introductory Meetings

*Maintain accurate paper and electronic manpower records and conduct regular audits

*Produce and update corporate CVs

*Coordinate, develop and contribute to project briefings and de-briefings

*Liaise with internal stakeholders and external manpower agency to assist with completion of manpower processes

*Process expenses and mobilisations for external or generic Introductory Meetings/Briefings

The ideal candidate:

*Previous recruitment experience
*Ability to prioritise workload
*Ability to multi-task
*Excellent English writing skills
*Excellent IT skills (mainly MS Word and Outlook)
*Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
*Ability to use own initiative
*Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
*Excellent Comprehension skills
