Job Description

An interesting opportunity to join our fast-growing and very well thought of technology client in Gloucestershire. You’ll join a small team involved with managing processes as clients orders are progressed through the organisation, managing flow, risks, change requests and SLA’s ensuring a fantastic customer experience is maintained.

There is a small amount of customer contact involved in the role but the position is predominantly back-office based requiring excellent attention to detail, project management and delivery skills, organisation, planning, time and process management.

Previous experience in B2B administrative or clerical coordination roles is preferred but graduate application are also accepted. We welcome applications from candidates from any industry background but IT, technology, financial services and pharmaceutical are especially appropriate.
