Engineering Maintenance Manager
Location: Gloucestershire
Profile: full-time permanent role for International Company
Salary: £35000 -£42000 – per annum per annum plus benefits
Days 7.30 -4 Mon-Thurs and Fri 7-12.30pm
Qualifications : Successful completion of a Mechanical Apprenticeship essential, HNC in Mechanical Engineering desirable
Experience; Managerial experience essential
Experience in multi-skilled disciplines
Experience of the practical aspects of engineering and maintenance within a manufacturing environment
Academic qualifications to maintain machinery and equipment.
Engineering Maintenance Manager will manage a on the site engineering team to deliver effective and efficient maintenance to the operation of the manufacturing facility to ensure continuous operation of the engineering facility.
The team will carry out a wide range of mechanical maintenance activities to include:
Planned preventative and reactive maintenance to a range of CNC, and test plant.
First line fault finding and diagnostics
Supporting operations group to maintain equipment performance and reliability
