Our friendly and upbeat client in Oxford are seeking a senior marketer to lead a small team on a maternity cover basis from May. The client are involved in education and training so previous experience in either of those sectors would be advantageous.
You will be required to lead across the full range of marketing and commercial development activities and your reports will include individuals in marketing, sales and client relationship management. You’ll maintain and develop a strategic plan, involve yourself with product development activities and take the lead on budgets and reporting to the board via CRM and financial systems.

To be successful you’ll need to demonstrate an appropriate degree (or QBE) with 5 – 7 years in a similar role leading a small team of marketing and commercially focussed professionals.
