Electrical Design Engineer – Building Services

Opportunity to join very well established and growing multi-disciplinary Building Services Consultancy that deliver high quality design, consultancy & management services to clients across different sectors

Location: Gloucestershire

Salary £30000 – £40000 per annum plus benefits package

Experience: A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar Electrical Engineering/ M&E building services design consultancy role

Strong experience in the use of CAD (Computer Aided Design) programmes or similar structural modelling packages, building information modelling (BIM) techniques and project planning methodologies

Education : Degree /HND Qualification in a relevant technical discipline

The Electrical Design Engineer duties will include but not exhaustive to:
* Taking ownership of details & design services on some of the recently awarded projects.
* Assisting in the design & management from initial concept through to completion
* Reporting to director engineer level
* Responsible for design, details and preparing final drawings

The Electrical Design Engineer will have excellent client facing and people management skills with ability to see projects through to completion, on time and to specification. Also key are organisational and attention to detail skills due to working on complex design and integration services.
