Customer Service Manager
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £30 – £40,000
Customer Service Manager required by thriving and expanding business, based in Gloucester. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, motivating and developing a Customer Service team to achieve targets. We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic leader who inspires others to succeed.
Main Duties
*Ensuring that client expectations are exceeded at all times
*Giving coaching and support to enable staff to fulfill their potential
*Providing leadership and direction to ensure that KPIs are met
*Playing a key part in the recruitment and selection of teams
*Carrying out performance management and taking disciplinary action when required
The ideal candidate for this position will be able demonstrate the following:
*Previous experience successfully leading a Customer Service team
*The ability to relate to people at all levels and adapt to the audience
*Excellent influencing and coaching skills
*Previous experience within Financial Services would be an advantage
*Strong commercial awareness
