Job Description
We are currently seeking a Data Integrity Auditor and Customer Support Advisor to join our Gloucestershire client within the financial services industry. The role of the Data Integrity Auditor and Customer Support Advisor is primarily centered on the management of data and information on the company’s website, as well as offering support to the Customer Support team. Key responsibilities in this diverse role include:
*Ensuring the integrity, completeness and accuracy of information about financial products and providers on the website, ensuring all information listed is updated and managed at all times.
*Identifying new financial providers and researching the products they offer.
*Working with internal department to ensure all on and off-site financial promotions are accurate and up to date.
*Ensuring all new and existing providers on the website have the correct regulatory permissions and act in compliance with current regulations and requirements.
*Supporting the customer services team with customer telephone calls, emails and feedback left via the website and assisting the Content Team with ad hoc financial data tasks.
*Investigating and resolving data related customer queries.
To be considered for this role you need to demonstrate a good understanding of the types of financial products on the market with previous experience in information and/or data management. You will also have meticulous attention to detail and strong research skills, the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, be well organized with a methodical approach and be an efficient and professional communicator both spoken and in writing.
In return a salary of between £20K and £22K is on offer, plus an annual bonus and benefits including private medical insurance and a contributory pension scheme.
