A fantastic opportunity for a skilled UX Digital Lead to join our ambitious Cheltenham based client, a dynamic, digitally focused marketing and technology company. The core purpose of the role will be to create and define engaging and user centric digital experiences, UX architecture and disciplines across web, email and product design purposes with the aim to engage, convert and retain customers. The successful candidate will be expected to lead and collaborate with the digital design team on idea conception and delivery in all matters relating to user experience, collaborate effectively with all internal teams, working in an agile methodology, as well as clients, to ensure a product delivery of the highest standard and to the satisfaction of clients. You will be expected to drive UX strategy and to create best of class digital design solutions whilst understanding business goals to meet commercial targets. You will need to be an excellent communicator at all levels, able to commute your ideas clearly and passionately. In terms of technical skills, you will need to have an understanding of front-end technologies as well as solid knowledge of design processes, methodologies, accessibility standards and best practice principles and be able to lead and develop your own and team skills in Sketch, Adobe CS, Invision Suite, Motion Software (eg. After Effects) and Keynote.
