Our prestigious and growing Cheltenham based client within the insurance sector is currently seeking a Telephone Interviewer. The role is on offer for a salary of £18 – 20K (dependent on experience) plus a range of benefits such as a contributory pension scheme, subsidised private medical insurance, discounted gym membership and more!
About the role
The main purpose of the role is to take clients through their applications during telephone consultations and accurately submitting the information via an online application and preparing post sale documentation. This will involve working to a busy schedule in a team of 6 – 8 people.
What you’ll need to succeed
As a successful telephone interviewer you’ll be confident on the telephone, able to build rapport quickly in a professional manner and focused on gathering accurate and sometimes sensitive medical information from the customer. Having a great eye for detail you’ll ensure that all the information is submitted correctly and that the post-sale documents accurately reflect the product the customer has bought. Ideally you’ll have customer services experience, preferably gained in a contact centre environment and the ability to work well under pressure within a fast paced environment.
