Team Manager
Salary £18000 -£23000 per annum plus bonus and benefits
Full time permanent opportunity to join international business offering good benefits, training and support
Experience: Proven experience of Team Lead or Supervisory within customer contact regulated financial services product/sales environment,
Qualifications: 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, CF1 or equivalent desirable.
Evidence of continuing professional development
The Team Manager will manage, motivate and develop a small team to achieve or exceed individual sales and service targets whilst ensuring compliance with regulation is managed at all times.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*To ensure that sales and enquiries from customers are effectively handled by appropriately trained staff.
*To ensure appropriate systems, resource and controls are in place to ensure the efficient running of the team.
*Be continuously seeking efficiency, process and customer experience improvements.
*Ensure adherence to the Training and Competency Scheme to ensure that appropriate procedures are in place to assess suitability and competence of advisors.
*Ensure regular reviews are undertaken to ensure advisors remain competent and that development action plans are implemented, reviewed and acted upon.
*To ensure relevant, management information is utilised.
*To ensure plans and targets in area of responsibility are achieved to high standards of quality on a timely basis.
*Ensure that business is conducted with integrity and is consistent with the goals and values of the business and is handled with due skill, care and diligence.
