A fantastic opportunity for an efficient secretary/administrator to join our prestigious client at their Oxford based offices for a salary of up to £24K pa, depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years administration or secretarial experience with strong keyboard skills and accurate typing, to work in a friendly upbeat environment in a secretarial support type role.
This is a very interesting and varied role involving essentially the provision of secretarial and admin support to the team, including diary and email management, audio/copy typing, dealing with telephone enquiries, document preparation, electronic and manual filing and archiving and assisting with the organisation of meetings and conferences.
