A fantastic opportunity for an efficient Sales Support Manager to join our prestigious and highly successful client at their Birmingham based offices. The ideal candidate for this will come with experience from within sales, sales support or sales administration and will need to have well-honed interpersonal and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. In turn this office-based role will offer an attractive salary of between £30 – 35K pa plus benefits.
The key purpose of the role will be for the sales Support manager to act as a vital link between the commercial team, finance and operations. This will involve establishing and maintaining good relationships with existing and potential customers, providing quotations and product information and answering any customer queries, whilst liaising with colleagues and other internal departments across the wider group to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
We’ll be looking for candidates with several years’ experience from within a sales support role and the ability and proven track record of developing strong relationships with customers, suppliers, colleagues and peers across all levels. You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, good numeracy skills, an eye for detail and good problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
