A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager with experience of managing a team of consultants to join our prestigious client based in West Gloucestershire. Key purpose of the role will be to effectively manage a team of office and field-based Business Development Executives ensuring that the team’s agreed sales target is continuously met.
This will not only involve managing a team of executives in terms their sales target performance, but also ensuring they are always up to speed with the company’s processes and capable of complex solution sales, providing support and development including training, motivation and team building and establishing a strong working relationship with other internal departments.
We’ll be looking for candidates with solid experience of sales management and a track record of successfully having managed a team where targets were met, and sales revenues have grown. You will need to have excellent communication skills with a natural ability to lead and manage a team.
Ideally you will come with experience from within the financial services or recruitment sector. This is a permanent and full-time role on offer for an attractive basic salary of £50-60K, including car allowance plus a generous commission of up to £20K pa.
