Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Prince 2 qualified Project Manager to join our award winning client based in Swindon. Previous experience of working within a digital marketing environment is essential, as is the ability to efficiently juggle multiple projects at any one time. What will the role involve?
Key tasks include the general managing of all projects whilst delivering a professional service to internal clients at all times. This will involve maintaining project plans and working closely with internal teams to ensure all stages of a job run smoothly whilst taking responsibility for deadlines to be met. At the same time you will be required to assess the internal processes, always looking for ways to improve and to offer support in the analysis of campaign results at a qualitative and quantitative level and to collaborate with the board to drive efficiency and the analysis of time to help forecast for the future.
What skills and experience are required?
To be considered for this role you will have at least 2 years’ experience of working within a similar role in an agency environment with a background in digital marketing and project management. You will be a good multitasker with excellent prioritization skills, able to manage your own time across multiple projects, and thrive when working within a busy digital environment, communicating with internal departments, suppliers and clients. Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills are therefore crucial as is being a team player within a small team whilst also being able to work independently. The ideal candidate will also have some people management experience and ideally experience in growing a team. In addition, you will be a confident decision maker, have a good commercial understanding, excellent attention to detail and a very good grasp of all Office programs and Google Drive.
