Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a bright IT focussed and commercially minded Product Co-ordinator to join our prestigious client based in West Gloucestershire. Key purpose of the role will be to continually develop the value of the company’s CRM products in view of their partner’s and client’s needs in order to maintain and increase revenue.

Key to the role will be for the successful candidate to gain a full understanding of the company’s CRM products, to continually research and assess any internal and external future needs and to translate these into development and implementation plans. This will require pro-active research and analysis, efficient communication with internal departments and external partners/clients, project management of the development programs and management of relevant training needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent spoken and written communication skills, good research skills with an analytical mindset and a flair for getting to grips with and understanding CRM systems.
You will need to be a good team player and ideally come with a basic understanding of project management techniques.

This is a full time and permanent role on offer for a salary of between £20 – 22K pa.
