PR Manager – part time – 22 hrs per week – £40K pa pro rata plus attractive benefits
Our client, a prolific, Not for Profit organisation based in the North Cotswolds is seeking an experienced PR Manager to join their marketing team on a part time basis, working 22 hours per week. This is an exciting time for our client as their profile has recently been raised and new developments are in the pipeline and this role will be instrumental in forming the organisations media relations strategy and its proactive implementation at an important time.
The successful candidate will come with proven experience from within a PR Manager role (either in-house or PR agency) and will have in depth knowledge of current PR techniques and best practice. As the main PR contact within the organisation you will be an excellent communicator, able to draw on internal expertise and effectively managing internal stakeholders, whilst building strong relationships with relevant press contacts and bringing a structured approach to the organisation’s PR activities. You should also be able to implement a structured approach to external crisis management and have experience of an issue-based environment. We’ll be looking for someone with a highly motivated approach, a dynamic team manager with a drive to succeed and ideally a degree in business administration, marketing and communications or other, relevant field.
