Job Description

Office Manager – temporary role – immediate start – £10 per hour
We are seeking a capable, immediately available Office Manager to support our prestigious and creative client, based in Oxford for a temporary assignment. The role will involve day-to-day office management involving a wide variety of tasks ranging from reception cover, maintenance of office supplies and equipment, organising refreshments for meetings, arranging travel and accommodation for staff to general administration and providing administrative and PA support to the Directors when required.

The ideal candidate will come with experience from within a similar role, with excellent written and spoken communication skills and an energetic, positive and outgoing mindset! You’ll need to be highly organised, with a good eye for detail and a proficient user of Microsoft office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
