A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing and PR Manager, particularly with experience of working within the technology or scientific sector, to join our highly successful client based in North Gloucestershire. Working within the Marketing and Communications department as part of a friendly multidisciplinary team, the successful candidate will take responsibility for implementing, developing and managing the organisations marketing, communications and PR activities. The role offers a salary of up to £35K pa, plus attractive benefits and the opportunity to join a great organisation!
Key to the role will be overseeing external marketing and PR campaigns, local PR coverage as well as internal communications. Proactive management of all marketing and PR campaigns involving web, print, social media or slideshows will be an essential part of the role, as will be effective communication with internal departments and technical staff to ensure all content is relevant and accurate.
We’ll be looking for candidates with relevant marketing, communications and PR experience, ideally from within the technological or technical sector. Ideally you will also have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification with a proven ability to manage and lead marcomms campaigns. Our client will be looking for an adaptable personality, someone who enjoys multi-tasking, with a good ‘PR brain’, an excellent communicator and effective team player.
