A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Front-End Developer with client facing skills seeking to take their next step on the career ladder! This is a managerial role for a skilled developer with excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery and would someone wanting to gain man further experience developing and leading others. You’ll need a good understanding and application of digital design best practice and usability in a commercial environment coupled with top rate communication and people management skills.
As the Digital Design Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the Digital Team, ensuring that email projects are delivered on time and to client satisfaction. Tasks will range from client communication and project management through to providing technical advice, guidance on creative design and line management to your team, always seeking to maximise team efficiencies and owning coding excellence for the team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience of work within front end development and design, with excellent coding skills as well as a good knowledge of the Adobe Suite and experience of CMS and open source tools (ideally Drupal, WordPress and Magento).
This is a permanent, full time role based in Oxford on offer for an attractive salary of between £35 – 40K plus a bonus scheme.
