Junior Product Manager – FMCG
Are you a recent graduate who has studied Product Marketing as all or some of your course? Perhaps you’ve done work experience or an internship with a company and been involved in Product Marketing?

The successful Junior Product Manager will need to demonstrate relationship management skills ideally with high profile retail names and wholesalers with short lead times. Reporting to the Head of Marketing the Junior Product Manager will be responsible for:

*Monthly product category review; analysing invoiced sell in figures, market data and EPOS retail data to understand performance and propose initiatives to ensure sales growth, whilst increasing brand awareness.
*Working with Group HQ and Head of Marketing to develop seasonal product range segmentation and market price positioning via competitive differentiation whilst considering sales revenue and profitability.
*Following Critical Path Process: create, develop and deliver Marketing campaigns both digital, online, in print and instore via external creative agencies.
*Support local Sales Team with marketing presentations including product features and benefits, market analysis and price positioning, competitor scenario, potential media investment, digital retailer instore, online and in print marketing initiatives.
*Responsible for e-Commerce initiative: updating back office category product pages, images and video content to ensure online content is optimized for SEO, CROM and PPC investment.
*Accountable for creating, negotiating budget investment and delivering with external creative agency and show stands
*Weekly management and monthly strategy meetings with the UK PR agency with key product launches via trade and consumer press, social media engagement; including key influencers, bloggers, vloggers, consumer product reviews.
*Expert knowledge of product ranges.
*Collaborating with multiple external creative agencies to define artwork and creativity for online, print and in store marketing collateral.
*Responsible for showroom to ensure Gold Standard execution, throughout seasonal range change
