Are you seeking an environment in which you can progress out of any kind of sales such as telesales, property sales or running your own business and into field sales and account management? Our client will train and develop you to identify targets and conduct high level conversations with senior execs so you can sell high value IT solutions. If you’ve got a couple of years’ experience in a target driven environment we want to talk to you!
My client are a mature technology company with a proven track record of developing their sales team. They’re seeking an upbeat, driven personality who wants a break into field sales. You’ll be given first class training in researching and identifying targets, deploying outbound campaigns, following up by phone and conducting powerful, objective led meetings. All you need to prove is previous experience of working to target and the right mental attitude. You’ll be given sensible, achievable targets to hit, proven to produce a minimum of appointments that you will tehn go on and attend. You’ll be asked to be resilient, focused on the numbers and stubbornly determined in order to return the results.
Technology sales is lucrative and is seen as one of the best markets to sell in from an earnings potential. Basic salary is £20 – £25,000. You’ll be set realistic and achievable targets which will result in bonuses of £15 – £20,000 per annum bringing you up to £45,000 or more in your first year.
It’s really simple – if you are serious about a career in sales then this is an opportunity to work for a fast growing company with a great thing going on selling high value equipment and services. You’ll need to be able to prove you can sell by previously hitting targets and you’ll need to be quick witted and bright to get your head around their products and services. Naturally you’ll also need to be exceptionally communicative. They’ll want you to prove yourself but in return you can be sure you’ll be fully supported in your career so you can maximise your earnings.
