Due to rapid expansion our Swindon based client is looking for an Internal Recruiter to join and support their growing team. This is an exciting time to join this fast paced and evolving organization. Ideally they will be looking for someone with previous experience within an internal resourcing role with the ability to efficiently handle high volumes of vacancies as well as develop and challenge individual recruitment strategies. The role is on offer for a salary of £25 – 30K plus a number of excellent benefits.
Some key responsibilities will include:
*To support the recruitment of qualified and non-qualified staff into new and existing vacancies located with local business stake-holders.
*To work closely with the Partners to formulate a recruitment plan and strategy.
*To utilise various methods of candidate attraction whilst ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates are being delivered to the business.
*Managing individual recruitment budgets and ensuring the most suitable methods of recruitment are utilised as well as developing creative cost-effective recruitment solutions and materials.
*To promote the company as an employer of choice within the industry.
*Management and attendance at national conferences, congresses and open days.
*Ensure legal compliance in all recruitment and selection activity.
*To work closely with the regional Business Development Managers regarding their local vacancies and to gain an understanding of their individual recruitment needs.
In addition to experience from within a similar role we’ll be looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong administration skills who will relish working in a fast paced and busy environment in this highly visible role.
