Job Description

On behalf of our prestigious Cirencester based client we are seeking an experienced and well organised Hospitality Assistant. The role will entail managing our client’s meeting rooms and catering requirements for all meetings, looking after the kitchens, ensuring supplies are always stocked up, cost effective and in good order. It will also involve admin duties including filing, scanning, photocopying and stationery, post room duties plus providing cover for reception during breaks. This is a permanent position with part time hours, working 8am to 3pm Monday to Friday and is on offer for an hourly rate of £8 per hour plus excellent company benefits.

The ideal candidate will have experience from within a similar position, have knowledge of food hygiene and safety with reasonable numeracy and IT skills using Microsoft office and Excel as well as some switchboard experience. You’ll need to have good organizational skills and the ability to multitask and communicate well with people at all levels, and we’ll be looking for someone who is personable with a clean and smart appearance.
