Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Digital and Data to join our award winning client based in the heart of the Cotswolds to provide leadership of their primary service delivery teams – Digital Build and Data Operations. Key purpose of the role will be to provide technical, digital and data consultative support to their client service teams to ensure a delivery of solutions that are fit for purpose and provide their clients with a competitive advantage.
The successful candidate for this will have several years’ experience gained within a similar role including direct managerial experience and commercial responsibility and will have a good understanding of marketing and customer management software and tools. We’ll be looking for someone who is proactive, calm under pressure but with tenacity and an enquiring mind, someone who can demonstrate a good degree of gravitas whilst being a people person and an excellent communicator. You’ll also require good organisation skills, a methodical approach and a passion for technology.
The role offers a salary of between £45 – 55K plus a number of great benefits such as a contributory pension scheme, discounted leisure centre membership, staff socials and more.
