This expanding Estate Agency based in Gloucestershire are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic driver of business with excellent man management and communication skills. If you are a Senior Negotiator or Assistant Manager looking for a step up in your career then this opportunity could be for you.
You will need to have previous experience in Estate Agency at a senior level, be target driven and able to provide ongoing support, coaching and feedback to staff.
You will be rewarded with an attractive salary and bonus structure along with other benefits. This a full time permanent position starting in May.
