Job Description
On behalf of our vibrant Cheltenham based client we are looking for an Email Team Leader to manage their growing team. Key tasks will entail taking responsibility for the delivery of email projects and campaigns, managing the email team including line management and assigning work appropriately and implementing processes to deliver campaigns reliably and efficiently. This will also involve hands on email HTML builds and managing freelance HTML developers.
The ideal candidate will have proficient knowledge of email HTML build and a working knowledge of web technologies (PHP, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript) cloud hosting and database architecture (SQL Server/MySQL/MariaDB) would be advantageous. Good people management and team leadership skills are also essential, as are excellent and confident communication and keen problem-solving skills.
This is a permanent and full-time role on offer for a salary of around £40K pa plus the chance to join a growing and innovative Cheltenham based organisation.
