We are seeking a talented Design Manger to join our rapidly growing North Oxfordshire based client within the technology sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Graphic Designer with 3+ years’ experience looking to take their next step on the career ladder! It is a full-time and permanent role on offer for a salary of between £25 – 27K pa dependant on experience and skills, plus the opportunity for career progression within this exciting and fast-growing organisation.
The successful candidate will be a good all-rounder and a passionate designer, capable of turning their hand to tasks ranging from managing the design team to complete designs for products, packaging, presentations and branding through to supporting the management team in strategy, marketing, advertising and content. You and your team will be taking briefs from inception through to finished artwork, which will require you to take the lead on creative concepts, planning, management and implementation of print and digital design across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will come with a hands-on, positive and pro-active attitude and a demonstrable track record of having worked as a graphic designer for 3+ years and successfully planned and managed end to end creative projects, and a portfolio containing samples of packaging, product, presentations and photoshop skills to show for it! Excellent knowledge of the Adobe creative suite is a must, and experience of 3D software such as Boxshot would be of advantage as would be photography, copywriting or product design skills.
