Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our prestigious client based in West Gloucestershire, in the Forest of Dean. Key purpose of the role will be to deliver a first-class and pro-active service to client partners, to build trusted and supportive relationships with them, ensuring their needs are met and to identify any cross-sell or up-sell opportunities.
We’ll be looking for someone who is motivated and commercially minded, with good empathy skills and previous customer support experience. You’ll need to have strong communication and good telephone skills as the role is mainly phone based, working as part of a friendly team!
This is a full time and permanent role of offer for a starting salary of £16K pa.
