We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated customer services representative with fluent German to join our international client based in Gloucester. This is a 12 month fixed term role and offers an attractive salary and benefits package (details available on application).
Key responsibilities include:
-Providing excellence in customer service (for external and internal customers) including efficient and prompt communication with customers
-Providing help and advice to customers in relation to the organisation’s products or services
-Timely and error-free order processing and accurate invoicing
-Investigating and solving customer queries as well as resolving credit issues
-Developing knowledge on products, system/processes and business environment/ customers
-Utilizing best practices for order fulfillment to enable lowest-cost solution
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to listen and develop an understanding of customer queries and issues and able to offer suitable solutions and follow up. You will also have excellent attention to detail, be economically minded with a customer focus. Ideally you will be educated to degree level or can demonstrate relevant work experience within a customer services or supply chain background. We’re also looking for fluent spoken and written German language skills plus ideally another European language and ERP System knowledge (SAP preferred) as well as Microsoft Office.
