A fantastic opportunity for a sales and customer relations focussed individual to join our prestigious client based in West Gloucestershire. Core responsibilities will involve new business development as well as daily relationship management of existing customers, targeting new and existing customers with new product launches whilst collaborating effectively with internal departments.
Reporting to the business development manager, the successful candidate will be getting involved in identifying opportunities within the UK and internationally and making appointments for Sales Managers whilst coordinating daily operational issues within Sales, including dealing with service delivery and product complaints. You will be tasked with managing a portfolio of key clients and to deputise for sales managers where required. This will also involve attending weekly sales meetings, assisting with tenders for new business and account retention, providing support for reporting and presentations as well as attending exhibitions and conferences.
The ideal candidate will come with a passion for client relationship management and business development, ideally with some experience from within travel and/or FMCG. We’ll be looking for a confident individual with excellent organisational and time management skills, good presentation skills, a good team player, analytical approach and a flexible and adaptable attitude.
This is a full time and permanent role which will involve some UK and international travel on offer for a salary of up to £25K pa, plus a 10% bonus scheme and the chance to join a well-established and thriving organisation!
