Job Description
We’re looking for an ambitious and creative writer and content marketer to join our innovative client within the technology sector based in Worcestershire. This is an exciting brand new role created to fit within an existing team of digital, CRM and product specialists and will be critical in driving engagement and adoption of their award winning business SMS platform. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who works well with all kinds of people, has a strong understanding of customer centric marketing, and is excited about driving projects from conception to completion to reflection.
Working closely with colleagues across the business in the UK as well as the global team you will craft initiatives and deliver projects that make a significant impact and help accelerate the company’s growth. Playing an integral part in creating campaigns that get the company in front of UK businesses, you’ll use engaging content to build brand awareness within their target personas, drive user acquisition, and create demand to get more businesses using the company’s’ platform.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
*2+ years B2B marketing experience, specifically within copywriting, blogging, content marketing and social media.
*A flair for copywriting with a focus on writing compelling articles and web content and the ability to ensure high standards are kept through all content.
*Experience of building audiences and engagement through social media.
*An understanding of the relationship between content and SEO.
*An instinct for stories that will make people take notice, and experience of working alongside the agencies and in-house teams that will bring these stories to life.
*Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to work in a team as well as independently.
*A creative “make it happen” attitude.
Also, if you are an active blogger with a passion for helping businesses grow their bottom line, have experience of working with SaaS technologies as well as with marketing automation platforms this would be a plus.
