On behalf of our well established and successful client, a world leader in their field, we are seeking an experienced Assistant HR Advisor to carry out general HR duties and provide support to all members of the HR Department. Key responsibilities will involve providing first level advice and support to managers and employees with regards to employment issues, training, recruitment, termination or redundancy, employment law and performance and absence management.
The successful candidate will have experience of work as an Assistant HR Advisor or similar, including experience of communication with employees and management at all levels, ideally an understanding of HR administration and training and development plus a good understanding of employee relations work.
To be considered you need to be an excellent communicator, with a patient and diplomatic approach, as well as good written communication skills. You need to be able to prioritise well, multitask with an excellent eye for detail, able to work well in a fast-paced environment whilst appreciating the need for confidentiality and being able to stay calm under pressure.
This is a 12-month fixed term role, on offer for a salary of up to £27K pa (dependant on experience) plus excellent benefits, due to start mid-August 2017.
