Job Description

A fantastic opportunity for a proactive and commercially astute Account Director to join our award winning Swindon based client. The successful candidate will be presented with the unique opportunity to join our client’s team during a period of growth and will get the chance to help contribute to the shape of the business moving forward. We’ll be looking for someone with significant experience of working at a senior level within digital marketing as well as a proven track record of leading and growing successful teams.

The primary focus of the role lies within Client Management and involves overseeing all the client relationships, developing outstanding relationships and ensuring the company’s values are conveyed at all times. This will also involve overall account management, management of retainers/upsells and rate rises, being able to read and interpret data, taking a proactive and strategic approach particularly when faced with challenges. Further responsibilities will entail reviewing and implementing Processes and Procedures in order to ensure a systematic and consistent approach as well as business efficiency, Margin Analysis to understand how business and client operations have an impact on the company’s profitability as well as Human Resources, leading the Senior Management Team and taking responsibility for the overall recruitment and day to day management of the consultancy team.

Experience required:
*A proven track record of leading and growing successful teams
*Experience across a wide spectrum of online business activity
*Significant business development experience across small to large clients
*Significant experience working at a senior level within a similar industry
*Significant experience across the eCommerce field
*You must be eligible to work in the UK, and willing and able to travel.

The role is on offer for a salary of between £45 – 55K plus great benefits and the opportunity to work in stylish and modern offices.
