Account Director – medcoms experience – competitive salary
An exciting opportunity for an Account Director to join our award winning and highly creative West Oxfordshire based client. Working across online and off-line channels, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth delivery of end-to-end creative marketing campaigns ranging from print through to digital projects. A creative flair as well as excellent organizational skills to ensure a delivery of the highest standards, on time and on budget are essential. Taking responsibility for the day-to-day client management to ensure client satisfaction, retention and growth, as well as liaison with internal teams and colleagues including management of a team of account managers you will need to have exceptional communication skills across all levels as well as demonstrable team management and leadership skills and the confidence to inspire others.
We will be looking for candidates with extensive experience of B2B multi-channel marketing gained from within a marketing or agency environment and experience of working within the medcoms /healthcare /pharmaceutical sector. A track record of having managed multiple projects within tight timescales, strong commercial and resource planning skills and excellent attention to detail are also essential. A good understanding of the ABPI Code of Practice as well as knowledge of Zinc or other approval systems would be of benefit.
