We are seeking a talented Account Director to join our award-winning Cotswold based client. Working on some of the agency’s key accounts, it will be your responsibility to deliver innovative projects such as overseeing the development and delivery of eDM, DM and digital projects whilst managing the clients’ expectations as well as the in-house team within a fast-paced environment.
What will the role involve?
This fast paced and dynamic role will need strong hands-on leadership, strategic management of multiple projects plus the management of a large team. In close collaboration with your team and colleagues you will be responsible for the profitability, growth and direction of the client accounts. It will be your job to offer strategic direction, drive results, deliver brilliant creative and excellent quality of work produced by the in-house teams which will meet and exceed your clients’ expectation.
What skills and experience are required?
We will be looking for someone with solid agency and account management experience, the ability to act as a key contact and advisor to the client as well as the agency team in order to deliver an end product that meets the client’s expectations and objectives. We’ll be looking for excellent communication skills across all levels, the ability to pro-actively and naturally take a leading role, whether it be taking a client meeting, leading a project, business opportunity or motivating and directing your team. You’ll need to be highly numerate to handle forecasting, budgeting and costings and have an in depth understanding of data driven CRM and loyalty with a good understanding of how to optimize all marketing channels and using all kinds of data.
